Frequently Asked Questions

Why Kenya?

Kenya is a country of people who have illustrated a deep conviction that education is the key to breaking their cycle of poverty. In 2003, when free primary education was first made available to Kenyans, 1.3 million additional children flooded the Kenyan primary schools. While primary education is funded by the government, secondary school is not. That’s where EFAC comes in for students who otherwise would not be able to afford secondary school fees.

Is EFAC considering other countries?

At this time, we are focused on expanding in Kenya.
